**COVID Policies**
Your information (name and phone number) will be collected and used in accordance with current COVID-19 regulations for contact tracing.

At a minimum, the facility will require that each individual properly wear masks during class and throughout the facility. The use of hand sanitizer will be available within the facility and equipment will be sanitized between use.

Media Release & Liability Waivers
Please read, in its entirety, the waivers and release associated with this event. Sign each waiver and bring it with you, a DocuSigned version is acceptable if you wish to use an electronic signature.

May I register & pay on-site (in-person)?
No. In order to prepare, and adhere to capacity limits, only pre-registered and fully paid individuals are allowed to attend.

Why didn't I receive a code for registration?
Only individuals who purchased tickets to Nutcracker: Dipped in Chocolate will receive a code for complimentary registration.
​
Everyone else who registers for the event will receive discounted registration. No code is needed.
I have no dance experience. May I attend?
Absolutely! Family & Friends Day is for everyone. It will be a fun-filled time with beginner-level instruction.
I received complimentary registration but I am unable to attend. What should I do?
You may register someone else to attend Family Day in your place.
I purchased more than one ticket to Nutcracker: Dipped in Chocolate but, I only received one code.
Your complimentary registration code may be used one-time! All tickets receiving complimentary admission must be on the same order. (Example: You purchased 3 nutcracker tickets -2adult/1kid. You may use the code for 2 adult/1 kid registration to family day.)
May I drop off my kid to Family & Friends Day?
No. Family & Friends Day is designed for families to attend. Children should attend with a parent or guardian. Each person must have a paid registration.
Who may attend?
Anyone age 5 and older, may attend Family & Friends Day. Children (under 18) must have a fully registered adult attending with them.
What should I wear?
Masks are required to be worn during the event and in all studio spaces.

Please dress in comfortable clothing that will allow for free-flowing movement. If you have dance attire (leotard, tights, ballet slippers, tap shoes, etc), you may wear or bring them with you. We recommend wearing socks as street shoes are NOT allowed on the studio floor.
What will happen in the event of inclement weather?
Brianna Cooley Dance will keep an eye on the weather. If we decide to cancel or postpone the event, you will be notified at least an hour before the start of the event.
Event rescheduling will take place within 30 days of the original date.
I missed the event. May I get a refund?
No. Registration is non-refundable and your payment is used to reserve your space in a limited capacity facility.

Refunds are only given in the event that the event is canceled by Brianna Cooley Dance. A rescheduled event does not constitute a cancellation but a postponement.
